Hey, I’m Jade

I’m a personal trainer because I want to help people live better, and because the fitness world needs more spaces for those of us who don’t fit the generic mould.

Gyms can often feel really intimidating, but they aren’t, it’s just the designated place for picking up heavy stuff over and over again.

I work with people who are often overlooked by mainstream fitness, those who are neurodivergent, live with chronic health conditions, or just never felt like they fit into the usual wellness mould.

My approach is all about making movement feel doable, empowering, and actually enjoyable, without pressure or shame.

I believe fitness should meet you where you are, whether that’s getting stronger, moving with less pain, or simply feeling more like you again. Together, we’ll focus on what matters to you, at your pace.

The gym is a space where you’re allowed to take up space, and I’d love to help you do it.
